Cost and timing

How we work out the cost and timing

Every project is different. We talk through what you need, then send a specific proposal. You know what is included before we begin.

What we discuss with you

What you want to build

For a business website, we discuss the pages and content. For a store, system or app, we look at how customers and your team will use it.

What you already have

An existing website, text, photos or design can give us a starting point. If something is missing, we agree who will prepare it.

When you need it

Tell us if you have an important date. We will work out what can be ready by then and whether to deliver in stages.

What your proposal includes

A description of the work, a price, a timeline and payment arrangements. We list domain, hosting and external service costs separately.

If you have a limited budget, let us know. We can discuss what matters most for the first version and what can wait.

Good to know

Do you offer fixed-price packages?

We quote for each project individually. The cost depends on the pages, features and content, so we discuss the project with you first.

Are there ongoing costs?

Yes, domains and hosting have recurring fees. External services may also charge fees. We list known ongoing costs separately in the proposal.

How do payments work?

We agree payment arrangements before starting and include them in the proposal. For staged work, we explain what will be ready at each stage.

What if my text and photos are not ready?

We can help with structure and editing. Together, we agree what is needed and who will prepare the material.

What happens after launch?

We hand over access and show you how to manage the website or system. If you want ongoing support, we agree what it will cover.
