Information we receive
When you submit the form, we receive the contact and project information you enter. The form may also record the page address, referring page, and campaign parameters included in the link you used.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated submissions. During the check, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as the IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, sitekey, and website origin to detect bots and improve the service. The check does not send your form contents to Cloudflare. Read Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
How we use it
We use the information to review the enquiry, reply to you, and prepare a proposal if needed. We do not add contact-form addresses to a marketing list.
Where it is stored
The enquiry is stored in this website's database and in the shared Webticus client-management system. A notification may also be sent to the team's business inbox. Access is limited to people who handle enquiries or maintain these systems.
Retention
We keep the information while it is needed for follow-up, business administration, dispute handling, or a legal obligation. Records that are no longer needed are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Use the contact form or the email address shown on this website.
